Please note that FedEx is responsible for any damage to your bike during shipping. If any damage incurred because of FedEx shipping or handling, please file a claim with them by calling (800) 463-3339 and they should reimburse you for any damages. Only complete the warranty form below for faulty items due to non-human error which are not due to FedEx shipping or handling.
